Product Description: How to Replace 250W Blender Base Gear & Shock Pad

Step 1: Prepare tools like a dish towel, paper towel, basic flat pliers, and flat-head screwdriver (flat & narrow).

Step 2: Using the towel to hold the blades, gently remove the gear from the back end by gripping it with pliers and applying even pressure. Turn the gear clockwise to loosen it and reveal the screws.

Step 3: With the towel still holding the blades, screw the new gear in counterclockwise and use the pliers to secure it tightly.

Step 4: Use the flat-head screwdriver to remove the base and plastic part by locating the notch on the bottom.

Step 5: Insert the screwdriver into the notch, slide the base in with pliers, and turn it clockwise to reveal the threads. Note: The gear will move as you move the screwdriver.

Step 6: Replace the base by holding one side with pliers and tightening it counterclockwise to secure it.

Step 7: Once the blade gear and rubber gear are properly installed, your blender should be in good working condition.

Step 8: Follow the picture guide to install the shock pad. Consider purchasing the 250W base gear and rubber gear together. Simply select the bundle option when viewing the product on the left page.
